Steps on how to get the convenient BIS plan to work on your PC:
1. Buy a new MTN SIM card if you don't have any.
2. Recharge N100 on the SIM
2. Sent BISMIDI to 21600 or dial this USSD code: *216*16#
4. You will receive a message telling informing you of the activeness of the bundle.
5. Download the portable proxy by clicking this here.
6. Open extract the 'Extrigs!.rar'.
7. Locate X-T181 from the extracted files, run the application.
8. Click 'Listen', then connect your modem to the internet with the BIS subscribed SIM.
9. Next, change your browser configuration to HTTP, Proxy Address: 127.0.0.1 proxy port number: 8080.
Now you're good to go, flex it all . . .
